Composition:

Mechanism of Action: Pantoprazole works by irreversibly inhibiting the H⁺/K⁺ ATPase enzyme system of gastric parietal cells, reducing acid secretion in the stomach.

Dosage: One tablet daily before meals or as directed by the physician.

Contraindications: Known hypersensitivity to Pantoprazole or other substituted benzimidazoles.

• Common: Headache, diarrhea, nausea, flatulence
• Rare: Vitamin B12 deficiency (long-term use), osteoporosis-related fractures
